How can I pack my car? You may put items in the trunk. 

Do you provide door-to-door service? We can provide door-to-door service for an extra fee. In most instances, the truck will meet you in your area at a location that is accessible by our trucks. 

Do you own your own trucks? The trucks that we use for our service are either company owned trucks, or ones that are permanently leased to Circle B Transportation Corp. 

I need my car moved to a certain area. Do you go there?      Please see the map on our site to check the areas that we service. 

When do I pay? You must give the payment to the driver, either at the point of pick-up or delivery. 

How much gas do I leave in the tank? Try to leave approximately ¼ tank of gas. 

Do we need to leave a copy of the title with the car? No. 

How long will it take once the car is shipped? We usually say it takes 7-10 days; however, it will sometimes go a few days sooner, but very seldom does it ever take any longer. 

How much advance notice must I get you prior to the move?  It's best to let us know what your plans are as soon as possible as we do have some seasons were we are extremely busy and require more notice. 

Is there a deposit required? There is a $200 deposit required when the contract is signed and returned.

Procedures 

Once you have decided that you wish to use our service, it is necessary to speak with one of our dispatchers so that we can schedule your move. At that point, we can give you an approximate schedule of pickup and delivery. We will take all of your pertinent information and send you a contract that needs to be signed and returned along with a $200.00 deposit.
